Returns

If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

Just make sure your item and packaging are in their original condition when you return.

Simply contact our customer service via our contact page or via kundservice@alato.se if you need a return, and we will arrange a smooth return for you. We usually respond within a couple of hours, with the exception of holidays.
