Shipping policy
All orders are offered free of charge delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For International customers outside Sweden:
STRAPS
Strap orders will be shipped using PostNord Trackable Letter. 7-10 days delivery time.
WATCHES
Deliveries of watches are shipped tracked using regular airfreight. Delivery time is 7-12 working days worldwide. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking-link for you to follow your order.
Shipping is DDP (Delivery Duty Payed) meaning all import duties, tariffs and fees are included in the prices shown at checkout. No extra charges upon delivery.
If delivery is not possible the parcel will be left at your closest pick-up point. You will then be notified by SMS, email or letter.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN SWEDEN)
For Swedish customers:
PostNord Varubrev 1:a klass. Trackable. 1-3 days delivery time.
PostNord delivers to your home postbox. If the parcel cant fit the box it will be left close to the door or in a bag on the postbox. In PostNord App you can track the delivery. When the parcel has been delivered it will be photographed, and the picture is visible in the App for us both.
If delivery is not possible the parcel will be left at your closest pick-up point. You will then be notified by SMS or Letter.
IF PARCEL CAN'T BE DELIVERED
If the shipment cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to ALATO Watches and handled as a return order. We then reserve the right to invoice you SEK 399 for the cost incurred due to non-receipt or incorrectly entered address. We reserve the right to make ongoing adjustments to the service's availability and delivery time.
Sometimes it happens that one of the goods you ordered is not in stock and is back listed. If this happens we will make contact with you to inform you about potential delay, to give you the chance to have a part refund. If your order cannot be shipped on time, you have the right to cancel your purchase. If your package and/or contents are damaged in transit when you receive them, report it to our customer service without delay. If packages are lost during transport, you must notify our customer service within a reasonable time (2 months). ALATO Watches sends an order confirmation to the email address you provided before we send the goods to you.
