We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your home country is not Sweden, the shipping of your goods may take longer than expected.

Injuries and problems

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Some types of goods cannot be returned, such as fragile goods, customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
