All products are shipped traceable and insured all the way to your door. If the package cannot be left safely, it will be left to the nearest representative and you will receive a notification via SMS or email for collection.

Normal shipping time is on average 9-14 working days. This includes order processing.

Vintage watches have a shipping time of 1-3 working days.

If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

Simply contact our customer service via our contact page or via kundservice@alato.se if you need a return, and we will arrange a smooth return for you. We usually respond within a couple of hours, with the exception of holidays.

We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase that we provide a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you will get your money back. The guarantee is valid within 14 days of receipt and the item must be sent back to us in its original condition.
